"Languishing for several seasons of disuse, Rockingham Joustway Park once again pulses with the sound of roaring fans, thundering hooves and the clash of lances on sheet metal. Since Sir Andy and Lady Michelle of Hillenburg purchased the venerable field, they have labored daily to restore, renovate and revive this once beloved venue. Thanks to a passion for the sport, cheerful good will and a solid work ethic, plus the support of a dedicated team, “The Rock” is back! As they dream of the future, this royal couple envisions expansive fields filled year-round with competitors – from go-ponies, to Legends, to Trail Stock, to perhaps a Grand Chalice event.
